Promoting the Upgrading of Sheshan Tourist Resort through Disney

[Abstract]

This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Promoting the Upgrading of Sheshan Tourist Resort through Disney. The article first analyzes the current conditions of Sheshan Tourist Resort from the following aspects, i.e. Sheshan Tourist Resort must actively share the tourism dividends created by Disney, and the advantages and weaknesses of Sheshan Tourist Resort. Then, it gives the following five suggestions: First, the strategic position and potential values of Sheshan Tourist Resort must be recognized in a new way; Second, efforts must be made to improve the capability of Sheshan Tourist Resort in leading innovation-driven development; Third, efforts must be made to accelerate adjustment of the industrial structure in Sheshan Tourist Resort; Fourth, efforts must be made to improve the innovation capability of the market players in Sheshan Tourist Resort; Fifth, efforts must be made to actually advance innovation-oriented reform in Sheshan Tourist Resort.
