China provides strong support for a community with a shared future for mankind to fight the epidemic

Since 2020, a ferocious COVID-19 epidemic has not only threatened the life safety and health of the whole country and even the whole world, but also seriously affected all aspects of the global economy and society. It is inevitable to have a greater impact on the economy and society. Tan Desai, Director-General of the World Health Organization, said: "We have never seen a pandemic caused by the coronavirus before. We have never seen a controlled pandemic before. " He once again called on all countries to take urgent and positive action. "We have sounded the alarm loud and clear." At present, more than 43 countries and regions in the world, including the United States, Italy, Iran and South Korea, have declared a national state of emergency or national public health emergency because of the COVID-19 epidemic. On March 18, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison declared a "human biosafety emergency" that day.

Defeating the epidemic situation of COVID-19 requires the joint efforts of all countries

In order to overcome the COVID-19 epidemic, the Chinese government has taken a series of unprecedented prevention, control and treatment measures to boost the development of the world economy: First, to deepen opening up and international cooperation.Second, to give priority to ensuring the resumption of production and supply by leading enterprises and key links that have an important influence in the global supply chain, so as to maintain the stability of the global supply chain. Third, we will support key export enterprises to resume work and production as soon as possible and give full play to the role of export credit insurance. This is the need for the world's second largest economy to reduce the impact of the epidemic on the global supply chain and to continue to support the development of the world economy. At the same time, I would like to thank the governments and peoples of more than 160 countries and international organizations for providing material and other forms of assistance and help to our country in a timely manner.

It is precisely because China has taken the form of people's war, general war and interdiction war to control the epidemic of COVID-19 from the source and paid a huge price that it has bought time for the world and slowed down the spread of the epidemic in other parts of the world. It is also a positive portrayal of China's implementation of the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind and its important role as a responsible great power. As World Health Organization Director-General Tan Desai said, "If it were not for the efforts of the Chinese government and their achievements in protecting themselves and the people of the world, then now outside China, we will see more cases and even deaths." UN Secretary General Guterres has also said that in order to minimize the negative impact of COVID-19 's epidemic, the Chinese people have implemented strict prevention and control measures and contributed to all mankind at the expense of normal life.

China takes the lead in building a "community with a shared future for mankind" to fight the epidemic

The World Health Organization divides influenza into six levels, the highest of which is a "pandemic", indicating that the COVID-19 virus is spreading across borders, and South Korea, Iran, Italy and other countries have become hardest hit. As of 12:00 Beijing time on March 19, more than 150000 cases of COVID-19 had been reported to the World Health Organization (WHO) by more than 160 countries and regions, The number of confirmed cases, deaths, and the number of affected countries and regions are expected to rise further in the coming weeks.

At present, China has sent three anti-epidemic specialist groups to Iran, Iraq and Italy, and provided anti-epidemic material assistance to Japan, South Korea and other countries. China is willing to share its prevention and control experience with relevant countries, carry out joint research and development of drugs and vaccines, and is providing assistance within its capabilities to some countries where the epidemic has spread. China has taken the lead in building a "community with a shared future" to fight the epidemic. On March 8, the Chinese government announced a donation of US $20 million to the World Health Organization to support the World Health Organization in its international campaign to combat the epidemic.

China will work with other countries in the world to build a "community with a shared future" to fight the epidemic, go hand in hand with wind and rain, gather together a strong joint force to overcome the epidemic, quickly overcome the epidemic, protect the whole of mankind, and play an important role as a responsible big country.
