On the afternoon of December 8, 2015, Deloitte China Partner Ms. Li Xiaochen, led a delegation to visit Shanghai Academy where they were hosted by academy Executive Vice President Wen Xueguo. Both parties held a meeting to discuss cooperation matters.

At the meeting, Wen Xueguo and Li Xiaochen introduced the market positioning and operation mode of their two organizations. Wen Xueguo expressed that as the high-end think tank collaboratively established by CASS and Shanghai Municipal Government, Shanghai Academy took the building of an exchange and cooperation platform as one of its important development objectives. Both parties discussed and exchanged ideas around the cooperation on PPP project and reached a preliminary consensus.

The meeting was also attended by Zhu Jing, Senior Consultant of Deloitte China, Yang Huijun, Director of Research Division, Shanghai Academy, and other related personnel.
