On March 21, 2019, a delegation led by Zhou Xiaofang, co-founder of the US-based Zhou Enlai Peace Institute, visited Shanghai Academy. Discussions centered on the work of both sides to promote the peaceful development of Sino-US relations and on how to promote friendly exchanges between China and the US. Afterwards, both sides visited Shanghai Vancouver Film School together.

Attendees also included Michael North, co-founder of Zhou Enlai Peace Institute and Board Chairman of the Asipac Group, Roger Epstein, Chief Legal Advisor of Asipac Group, General Manager Lin Fanlin, member of TAC Translation Services Committee, as well as Shanghai Academy’s Executive Vice President Zhao Kebin, along with Deputy Director Li Chunguang and Zhao Xueyan Program Manager of the Cooperation Division.
