On February 21, Zhang Xiping, Member, Bureau-level Inspector and Secretary of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, led a delegation to visit Shanghai Academy. The parties held a meeting to discuss and exchange views on issues concerning strengthening the cooperation between both parties. Li Youmei, First Vice President of Shanghai Academy, presided over the meeting.

Both parties engaged in an in-depth exchange on issues concerning Shanghai’s industrial restructuring and upgrading, industrial innovation talent competition, and research on talent policies, achieving a preliminary intent to cooperate between the comprehensive economic management departments of Shanghai Municipal Government and the high-end think tanks, to promote industrial innovation and development.

Director Shi Junmin and Mr. Lang Ye from the Cadres Division of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, Wang Yu, Director of Division of Human Resource & Training of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Working Committee of Economy and Informatization, and Director Xiong Hou and Researcher Li Meng from the Research Division of Shanghai Academy, attended the meeting.
