The Experience Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone Draws from Shenzhen’s Innovation and Development

[Abstract]

This issue of Key Reference publishes an article entitled The Experience Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone Draws from Shenzhen’s Innovation and Development. According to the article, during the innovation and development process, Shenzhen has established a relatively scientific management and operation mechanism, put in place a relatively complete innovation policy system, characterized by generalized preference and precision to support development of tech industries, and developed a relatively complete technological service system to promote the transfer and industrialization of technologies, which provides precious experience for Shanghai to build Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone. Finally, the article gives several suggestions about the construction of Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone. First, Shanghai must further improve the management system and operation mechanism of Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone; second, it must further improve the innovation policy system for Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone; third, it must further optimize the technology transfer system in Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone; fourth, it must further support the fast development of high-end talents in Zhangjiang Demonstration Zone.
