[Abstract]

This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Zhongguancun Highlights Systematic Policies and Pragmatic Mechanisms in the Efforts to Attract Talents. The article analyzes Zhongguancun’s policies about attracting tech talents and their characteristics, points out that Zhongguancun’s talent policies are systematic and timely adjusted according to actual situations, and summarizes the following useful experience, i.e. deepening the talent institutional reform, simplifying visa and residence related procedures, strengthening construction of platforms for innovation and entrepreneurship, and intensifying the service mechanism for cross-border innovation and entrepreneurship.
