This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Resource Allocation Efficiency is an Important Source of Shanghai’s Growth. The article gives suggestions about how to improve Shanghai’s growth potential in the following aspects, i.e. “Shanghai’s economic growth obviously slows down”, “resource misallocation is the core reason behind the slowdown in Shanghai’s economic growth” and “tapping Shanghai’s economic growth potential by improving the efficiency of resource allocation”.
