    Building and Improving the Service Mode System for Technological Innovation

    [Abstract]

    This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Building and Improving the Service Mode System for Technological Innovation. The article analyzes the necessity and problems of improving technology service modes, and gives the following suggestions: First, efforts must be made to improve capabilities in three aspects from the supply side, i.e. improving the capability of gathering innovation resources, improving the capability of transferring innovation achievements, and improving the capability of allocating innovation elements; Second, efforts must be made to innovate in the service modes and explore the service support system characterized by the integrated development of new modes like “technologies + finance” and “technologies + culture” and the mutual interactions among different modes of services; Third, efforts must be made to advance the deeper integration between technologies and finance, accelerate construction of platforms related to public technologies, investment & financing, information exchanges, intermediary services and government services, and develop the social life service sector and public service sector.
