This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone Still Has Room for Innovation and Faces a Choice in the Reform -- Evaluation of the Overall Operation of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone over the Past Three Years. The article evaluates the overall operation of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone since its establishment three years ago in aspects including innovation in the investment management system, overall coverage of the service industry, innovation in the financial system, innovation in trade regulation and changes in government functions.
