Doing a Good Job in the United Front Work Targeted at the Management and Technical Staff in Shanghai’s Foreign-funded Enterprises

This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Doing a Good Job in the United Front Work Targeted at the Management and Technical Staff in Shanghai’s Foreign-funded Enterprises, Promoting the Supply-side Reform and Enlarging the Middle-income Group. The article gives the following suggestions about the united front work targeted at the management and technical staff in foreign-funded enterprises from aspects including the “population dividend”, “talent dividend” and “organization dividend” related to the management and technical staff in foreign-funded enterprises. First, to do a good job in the united front work targeted at the group, efforts must be made to go beyond the group, study the external environment in which they are located, and create the situation for joint social governance; Second, efforts must be made to give full play to the advantages of communities and community organizations, and combine them with platform construction; Third, the main role of the management and technical staff in foreign-funded enterprises must be highlighted during platform construction; Fourth, to encourage the management and technical staff in foreign-funded enterprises to participate in deliberating and administration of state affairs, the focus must be on eliminating the weaknesses; Fifth, the key figures influential in decision-making must be accurately identified and used.
