【Abstract】

This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Scientific and Technological Innovation: Drive Transformation and the Upgrading of Shanghai International Shipping Center. With the great challenges in the rapid development of Shanghai International Shipping Center as the starting point, the article points out that Shanghai International Shipping Center must develop new radiation functions and competitive advantages, and analyzes that scientific and technological innovation must be taken as the fundamental driving force for building and upgrading Shanghai International Shipping Center.
