The issue of the Key Reference publishes The Positioning for Shanghai in its Construction as a Global Scientific and technological innovation center – Analysis Based on International Comparison and the Favorable Conditions for Shanghai to Implement the Innovation-Driven Development Strategy. Through analyzing the characteristics that a global scientific and technological innovation center must have, the article points out the conditions for Shanghai to build itself into a globally influential scientific and technological innovation center, and finally gives suggestions on the positioning of Shanghai during its construction as a global scientific and technological innovation center from both domestic and foreign perspectives.
