Zhang Ming, PhD in economics, Associate Research Fellow, Director of the International Investment Research Room of the Institute of World Economics and Politics of CASS, and Deputy Director of the International Financial Research Center of CASS. His research fields are international finance and China's macro economy. He was elected in the first batch of Top-Notch Youth Talent Support Program (10,000 Talent Program) of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee (2012), the second "Chinese Youth Financial Scholars" of the Chinese Museum of Finance (2013), and "China Youth Economists" of Beijing News (2014). He has served as Fund Manager for China of Asset Managers Group, in charge of the private equity investment business, KPMG auditor participating in joint-stock restructuring, overseas listing and audit of financial statements of many Chinese enterprises, and visiting scholar at the Kennedy School of Government of Harvard University and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. He has published such academic works as China's Changes under Global Crisis, Global Financial Crisis and China's New Strategy of International Finance, and China's High Savings: Characteristic Facts and Sector Analysis, completed more than 30 provincial and ministerial-level subjects, and published tens of academic papers in domestic and foreign core journals, including The World Economy, Review of International Political Economy, China & World Economy, The Journal of World Economy, Journal of Financial Research, and World Economics and Politics, and 600-odd financial reviews in People's Daily, Finance, Bloomberg Businessweek, ftchinese.com and other financial media.
