POSITION

Research Fellow and doctoral supervisor. He is qualified as a Chinese lawyer and certified public accountant. Currently, he acts as Assistant to the Director of the Institute of Finance and Banking of CASS, Director of the Industrial Finance Research Base of CASS, and Director of the Payment and Settlement Research Center of The Institute of Finance and Banking of CASS. 

WORK EXPERIENCE

His main research interests are monetary and fiscal policy, financial market, industrial finance, and payment and settlement. He has published tens of papers in various core academic journals; served as a special commentator, columnist and author of many financial media; completed nearly 1,000 economic analysis and commentary articles; presided over more than 30 important subject studies authorized by central and local government departments at all levels, financial institutions, enterprises and academic organizations; regularly written various internal reference reports, made submissions to the Political Bureau, the State Council, ministries and commissions, and won many awards; and participated in policy consultation meetings held by national ministries and commissions, and local governments.
