POSITION

Du Yang is now a research fellow and assistant to the Director of the Institute of Population and Labor Economics at CASS, a professor and doctoral supervisor of CASS, and Director of Labor and Employment Research Office. 

WORK EXPERIENCE

He has won the Husheng Youth Academic Award (the 3rd), CASS Excellent Scientific Research Achievement Award, CASS Countermeasure Award for Policy-making Information, and the China Youth Five-Four Medal. He has undertaken many research subjects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Social Science Foundation of China, World Bank and European Commission. He has published more than 50 papers on the Economic Research Journal, the Social Sciences in China, the Journal of World Economy, the Journal of Comparative Economics, the China Economic Review and other both domestic and foreign academic journals. His working papers published in World Bank, European Commission and other international institutions have received a good response. His policy reports submitted to the State Council and related ministries and commissions have gotten good feedback and had a positive effect on the preparation of China’s employment policies.
