Take the Lead in Breaking Through the Three Basic Systems to Inspire the Entrepreneurial Spirit of Shanghai Entrepreneurs

【Abstract】

This issue of the Survey Report publishes an article entitled Take the Lead in Breaking Through the Three Basic Systems to Inspire the Entrepreneurial Spirit of Shanghai Entrepreneurs. The article first points out that entrepreneurs are an important part of economic activities. Creating a healthy environment for entrepreneurs, improving the incentive mechanism, stimulating creative potential and innovation vitality, and giving full play to the role of entrepreneurs is of great significance in deepening supply-side structural reforms, enhancing market vitality, and achieving sustainable and healthy economic and social development. The article further analyzes that in order to make the institutional innovation with Shanghai characteristics under the new situation, to stimulate the creative spirit of Shanghai entrepreneurs, and to play a key role of entrepreneurs from different backgrounds, generations and industries in the “three transformations” of quality, efficiency, and motivation, Shanghai needs to take the lead in breaking through the construction of three basic systems. The first is to promote the construction of a law-based business environment system; the second is to promote the construction of a sharing platform of creation and innovation; and the third is to promote the construction of an inter-generational network between the new and old.
