[Abstract]

This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Shanghai Must Accelerate Establishment of the Service System for the R&D of Industrial Generic Technologies. The article describes the prominent problems existing in Shanghai’s service system for the R&D of industrial generic technologies, and gives policy suggestions about how to establish and improve Shanghai’s service system for the R&D of industrial generic technologies, based on the comparison with the main practice in developed countries and regions of developing the service system for the R&D of industrial generic technologies.
