Accurately Defining the Strategic Positioning of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone

Free trade zones presently face the following problems, including the obscure definition of the directions for development, poor functions, insufficient combination with national strategies, weak synergy with reform policies and incomplete legal systems.
