Accelerating Upgrading of the Compensation Incentive Mechanism to Improve the Competitiveness of State-owned Enterprises in Shanghai

[Abstract]

This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Accelerating Upgrading of the Compensation Incentive Mechanism to Improve the Competitiveness of State-owned Enterprises in Shanghai. The article gives suggestions about the ways to improve the competitiveness of State-owned enterprises in Shanghai from the following aspects, i.e. “the backward compensation incentive mechanism hampers the effective advancement of the mixed ownership system reform in local State-owned enterprises in Shanghai”, “improving compensation incentive efficiency and strengthening the mixed ownership system reform in Shanghai’s State-owned enterprises” and “establishing the evaluation system for the reform of State-owned enterprises to improve efficiency and avoid loss of State-owned assets”.
