Correctly Addressing the Relationship among Collectives, Collective Economic Organizations and Villagers’ Committees in the Collective Asset Reform

The article analyzes the status and functions of collectives, rural collective economic organizations and villagers’ committees, explains the advantages of correctly addressing the relationship among collectives, collective economic organizations and villagers’ committees, and proposes the ways to correctly address the relationship among collectives, collective economic organizations and villagers’ committees. First, rural collectives and collective economic organizations are based on the investment relationship; Second, villagers’ committees and collective economic organizations must have separate political and economic functions; Third, rural collectives and villagers’ committees are based on the public service relationship.
