[Abstract]
This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled Precisely Identifying the High Level to Be Capped and the Low Level to be Secured to Narrow the Gap in Retirement Pensions. The article describes the current distribution of retirement pensions in Shanghai with data, points out that there is a notable gap between retirement pensions, and suggests precise identification of the high level to be capped and the low level to be secured to narrow the gap, as well as gradual improvements of the pensions for some retired people whose pensions are presently too low.
