Construction of the Circle of Friends for Fulfilling the Vision and Actions of the “Belt and Road” Initiative

[Abstract]

This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled the Construction of the Circle of Friends for Fulfilling the Vision and Actions of the “Belt and Road” Initiative. The article first analyzes the current circle of friends for fulfilling the vision and actions of the “Belt and Road” initiative, and the dilemma facing the circle of friends for fulfilling the vision and actions of the “Belt and Road” initiative, and then proposes the detailed countermeasures, i.e. constantly constructing and improving corresponding circle of friends, to positively and effectively advance the vision and actions of the “Belt and Road” initiative. However, there is a lack of overall plans, detailed measures and corresponding evaluation mechanisms for the construction of the circle of friends for the “Belt and Road” initiative at present. Construction of the circle of friends for the “Belt and Road” initiative requires overall diplomatic arrangement as the foundation, and the comprehensive application of fine diplomatic measures, the united front principle, and institutional construction as the support.
