This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled the Risks Facing the Transformation of Shanghai’s Manufacturing Industry and the Choice of Strategic Direction. The article gives detailed analysis from the following aspects, i.e. “the risks facing the transformation of Shanghai’s manufacturing industry”, and “an industrial commanding height needs to be formed to eliminate the risks facing the transformation of Shanghai’s manufacturing industry”, and proposes detailed countermeasures.
