Analysis of China’s Economic Situation in H1 ’17 and Outlook for the Economic Situation in H2 ’17

[Abstract]

This issue of the Key Reference publishes an article entitled the Analysis of China’s Economic Situation in H1 ’17 and Outlook for the Economic Situation in H2 ’17. The article analyzes the overall situation of China’s economic operation in H1 ’17 from five aspects, which was characterized by an upward trend of steady growth. It also highlights some prominent problems in current economic operation, and suggests China should adhere to the general principle of making progress while working to keep performance stable, and establish and implement the new philosophy about development in H2 ’17. First, it must maintain the continuity and stability of macro-economic policies. Second, it must further deepen the supply-side structural reform; Third, it must actually prevent against financial risks; Fourth, it must support the healthy development of real economy; Fifth, it must further open itself to the outside world.
