This issue of the Survey Report is entitled How Could Shanghai Enterprises “Go Global” by Seizing the Opportunity of China - Latin America Overall Cooperation. Through the analysis of the general demands of Shanghai and Chinese Enterprises for “go global” and their problems, this issue of the Survey Report suggests building the China - Latin America Overall Cooperation platform, establishing the comprehensive enterprise information exchange and service platform, and giving full play to the advantages of the Shanghai free trade area, in order to solve prominent problems.
