[Abstract]

This issue of the Survey Report is entitled the System and Concept Reform Is the Key to Build a Free Trade Area. Through the summary and analysis of system and concept for free trade area construction, this issue of the report proposes to take the administrative streamlining and decentralization, integration of decentralization and administration, and service optimization as the key in the next step of reform and innovation for free trade areas, think over and explore the reform in the financial field in terms of “serviceability and radiation”, integrate the free trade area construction and international financial center construction, while benchmarking with the higher international investment trade standards.
