[Abstract]
The anti-frustration capacity is an important subject in pedagogy and psychology, as well as a realistic problem worthy of national attention. This issue of the Survey Report is entitled University Students’ Anti-Frustration Capacity Shall Be Improved and Given Attention, which analyzes the current situations and characteristics of the anti-frustration capacity of university students and puts forward corresponding educational countermeasures, mainly including 1) setting mental health education-related courses as compulsory courses; 2) formulating a prevention mechanism of psychological crisis of university students, and standardizing specific measures for cultivating the anti-frustration capacity; and 3) encouraging universities to provide targeted education based on students’ current anti-frustration capacity.
